To find out if you qualify for free shipping, add your selected products to cart, view cart, select Proceed to Checkout, and add your billing details. Based on your entered address, the website will advise whether free shipping is applicable, or calculate your shipping cost if not.
** We reserve the right to charge freight in the very few cases where location results in higher than normal shipping charges. Should this apply to you, a member of our team will contact you to advise this before finalising and sending your order. Yes! Once we have packaged and submitted your order for courier pickup, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number.
If you place your online order before 2pm on any weekday, most orders will leave our warehouse the same day.
If you have ordered an item that is showing as “on backorder”, generally your order will leave our warehouse within 7 days of placing your order. If, for some reason, your order may take longer than this to leave our warehouse, a member of our team will be in contact to advise you of expected delivery delay. We understand that sometimes you may need your goods sooner than we can deliver, so in this case, you can choose to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Yes, it can. A lot of regional locations require our couriers to hand off to a third party carrier. While this is completely normal for deliveries to more remote locations, it can increase your delivery times.
